2. Data collected and third-party services

The contact form collects only the data the user enters voluntarily: email address (required); name, phone number and message text (optional). The site uses no cookies — neither profiling nor any other kind — and employs no analytics or advertising trackers. Typefaces are hosted on the site's own domain: no external service is contacted while browsing. If a visitor picks a language by clicking IT, EN or RU, that preference is stored in their browser's local storage for the sole purpose of remembering it next time; it stays on their device, is transmitted to no one, and can be removed by clearing the site's data. The contact form is handled by the site itself, hosted on Cloudflare, which forwards the message to the artist's mailbox without passing through any third-party service.

3. Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed solely in order to answer enquiries about information, purchases or collaborations. The legal basis is the consent of the data subject, given by submitting the form, and the performance of pre-contractual measures at their request.

4. Retention

Messages received are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any relationship arising from it, and in any case no longer than necessary for the stated purposes.

5. Disclosure to third parties

Data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It is processed by the technical providers that host the site and deliver the messages, appointed as data processors where required.

6. Your rights

You may at any time request access to your data, its rectification, erasure, restriction or object to its processing, as well as data portability, by writing to studio@mmajore.art. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority.

7. Copyright in the artworks

All images of artworks published on this site are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even partial, is prohibited without the written permission of the artist.
